Insurance

Dr. Guo is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance or deal directly with insurance providers.

He will provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance company and seek out-of-network reimbursement. Some insurance companies are able to reimburse up to 40-80% of the appointment cost. He recommends you check with your insurance company first to see what out-of-network benefits are covered and reimbursable.

Unfortunately, Dr. Guo does not accept Medicare.

Payment

Rates will be determined after a brief telephone consultation and can be adjusted on an individual basis.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session.  Cash or check are the preferred methods of payment.  Failure to pay for two consecutive sessions may result in suspension of therapy until payment is made. If you have questions about billing statements, call the office at (215) 360-3091.

No shows are charged the full session fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours from the appointment time are charged the full session fee.

Contact

Dr. Guo takes pride in being available, however, he will not answer calls while in session. He checks his messages at least twice a day and will make every effort to get back to you within one business day. Please refer to the office emergency policy in the event that you need immediate care. Routine messages left on Friday afternoon are returned on the following Monday.

Emergencies
